Assets
What is here, and what is not yet
Screenshots, logos, key art and the main theme are live, individually and as one ZIP. There are no video assets at all right now — no teaser download, no trailer, no b-roll — and nothing below links to a file that does not exist; if you need something before it is published here, email and ask.
Screenshots
Ten in-game captures, unwatermarked and with no HUD debug overlays, spanning day, dusk, night and fog. Six are 1920x1080; four ship at the capture's native ~2.55:1 widescreen ratio because cropping them to 16:9 would have cut off part of the shot.
1920px or larger on the long edge, WebP.
Logos and wordmark
The wordmark, the short 'TORE' mark, a combined icon+wordmark lockup, and the game's application icon — the mark that appears as the process icon and the desktop shortcut. All transparent PNG, storm-texture treatment, usable on light or dark backgrounds.
Transparent PNG, raster only (no SVG exists for this mark). The application icon is square, 1254x1254.

Key art and Steam capsule
Four pieces of key art, all with the logo composited in — none without it. header.jpg is 920x430, exactly 2x Steam's 460x215 header capsule size.
JPEG, sized for print and store placements.

Main theme
Subject to change'Hook', the track that plays in the main menu — the same master as lossless FLAC and as a 320 kbps MP3. It is the current main menu music rather than a finished soundtrack, and it may be replaced before release.
FLAC (16-bit) and MP3 (320 kbps), both 48 kHz stereo, 2:59.

Screenshots, logos, key art and the theme as MP3 in one archive. The lossless FLAC is a separate download — it alone is bigger than everything else here put together.
Using these assets
- Use them for coverage — articles, videos, streams, reviews, storefront listings. You do not need to ask, and there is no fee.
- Use the logo and the key art as they are: no recolouring, stretching, rotating, cropping the wordmark or effects laid over it.
- Don't use the name, the logo or the artwork in a way that suggests Tornado Emergency or TIMMYG Studios endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you, your channel, your product or your service. They are not yours to build into your own logo, app icon, domain, handle or merchandise.
- Tornado Emergency and the Tornado Emergency logo are trademarks of TIMMYG Studios LLC. Screenshots and key art are © 2026 TIMMYG Studios LLC, and you are free to reproduce them in coverage of the game.

Descriptions
Copy you can lift
One line, a paragraph, and a few hundred words. The short description is the studio's own store copy, unchanged, so what you print matches what your readers will see on Steam.
One sentence
Prepare for nature's fury. Chase storms. Collect data. Survive.
Short
Prepare for nature's fury in Tornado Emergency, where you take on the role of a daring storm chaser. Collect vital data on severe weather events by deploying probes and manoeuvring your high-tech intercept vehicle. Play it safe at a cautious distance — or risk it all in the heart of a violent tornado.
Long — read the full description (252 words)
Tornado Emergency puts you behind the wheel of a high-tech intercept vehicle during a severe weather outbreak. You read the sky, you read the radar, and you decide how close is close enough. Play it safe at a cautious distance — or risk it all in the heart of a violent tornado.
Chasing here is a reading problem before it is a driving problem. Every vehicle carries a laptop running a real radar suite — reflectivity, velocity, storm-relative velocity and correlation coefficient — alongside the active weather warnings for the area you are working. The storm is where the data says it is, and the roads that get you there are the ones that exist.
Getting there is not the job; the data is. Photograph the event, fly a drone for the angle the road will not give you, or set a probe directly in a tornado's path and hope you placed it well. What that data earns pays for the upgrades and attachments on your vehicle, which is what lets you work closer next time.
It is playable alone or with other people. Online, you see other chasers' live positions on the same map you are navigating from, and you can ride along with them instead of taking your own vehicle out.
Tornado Emergency is made by one person, full time, at a one-person pace. There is no release date and no price. Parts of it are openly unfinished and are labelled as unfinished wherever they appear, including on this page.
Multiplayer
Play with your friends or meet new ones. You can see other chasers' real-time locations on the in-game map, and ride along with them if you wish.
Map & radar system
Every vehicle carries a laptop with real-time radar: reflectivity, velocity, storm-relative velocity and correlation coefficient, plus active weather warnings.
Character customization
In progressChoose your character's look from a set of presets. It saves between sessions and everyone else in the session sees it. Per-garment clothing and hair are still to come.
Vehicle customization
Spend money earned from data collection on upgrades and attachments for your chase vehicle.
Data probes & cameras
Photograph weather events, or place a probe in the path of a tornado to collect the data that pays for everything else.
Drones
Get a bird's eye view of the storm and collect data from a safer distance than the road allows.
The developer
One developer, one storm season at a time
Tornado Emergency is made by Tommy Johnston, alone and full time. The paragraphs beside this are his own words and are quotable as they stand.
There is no release date yet. I graduated in August 2026 and now run TIMMYG Studios full time, on my own, so the game moves at the pace one person can move it — which is also why every decision on it is mine to explain, and why the dev updates are as detailed as they are.
Until then the game is being played, broken and fixed rather than shipped. What comes out of that goes into the dev updates: what changed, what it broke, and what it is going to take to get the rest of the way to Early Access.
Tornado Emergency is developed by Tommy Johnston, trading as TIMMYG Studios LLC. Built in Unreal Engine 5.

Keys and creators
Asking for a key
By email, not through a form. Two questions creators always ask are open rather than answered, because the answers are not set yet.
Steam keys are handled by email rather than through a form. Write to the address above and include your outlet or channel, a link to your work, and roughly when you are planning to cover it.
There is no build to send yet. Asking now is still useful — it means you hear when there is one.
- Can creators monetise videos of the game?
- Not yet stated. Ask by email and it will be answered directly.
- Is the soundtrack safe to stream?
- Not yet stated — the audio is still changing. Ask before you rely on it.
