Licensing

Get your brand or vehicle into Tornado Emergency

Companies, storm-chase teams, and equipment makers can put their logo, or their real vehicle, probe or instrument, into the game. You fill in a short form, sign electronically, and we countersign.

Two licences

What are you permitting?

Pick the one that matches what you own. They are separate agreements, and starting one does not commit you to the other.

  • My logo or brand on the game's vehicles and equipment

Brand Owner lets its logos appear in the Game at no cost to either side. Brand Owner approves how the logos look once, gets credit in the Game, can ask for free keys, clips, and a launch mention if it wants them, and can back out at any time before that approval, or on 90 days' notice after a short minimum period. Developer handles everything else, will fix or remove any logo use that does not follow this Agreement, and can remove the logos at any time.

  • My real vehicle, probe, instrument, or device recreated in the game

Owner lets Developer recreate its real vehicle, probe, instrument, or device in the Game as a 3D model, with its real name and branding. Owner approves the model before it goes public, gets credit and optional extras, and can back out before that approval or on notice afterward. Developer builds and owns the model file, but the design, names, and branding stay Owner's. No money changes hands in either direction.

A logo licence and a vehicle licence are separate agreements — each says so, and each sets out which one controls if they overlap. Start either one; when you finish, we will offer you the other.

The common terms

What both licences say

True of either agreement, and every one of them is a clause in both documents rather than a promise made on this page.

Free, both ways
Neither party pays the other any money, royalty, fee, or other compensation. The licence is royalty-free.
Non-exclusive
You can license the same thing to anyone else, including other games. We can include other brands and vehicles, including competing ones.
You approve how it looks
Before anything appears publicly we send you screenshots, renders or video. That approval is a one-time approval of the look, not of every placement.
You can back out
Any time before you approve, by written notice, effective immediately — and nothing needs to be removed, because nothing has been shown. Afterwards, on notice.
You keep everything you own
Your marks and your design stay yours, and all goodwill from our use of them benefits you. We own the game and the model files we build.
Nothing binds until we countersign
If you sign first, this is an offer. It becomes binding only when TIMMYG Studios countersigns, and we may decline for any reason.

This page is a summary. The Standard Terms control — read them before you sign.

You don't have to use this form. If these terms don't work for you, or you'd rather arrange something directly, email info@timmygstudios.com and we'll work it out from there.
